How juntotrip works
Every page on this site goes through the same pipeline. No human writes the answers from scratch — they are aggregated, paraphrased, and quality-checked.
1. Collection
We collect messages from public and invite-only traveler chat communities (Telegram, primarily). Only public discussions; no DMs, no private channels. We delay collection by 48 hours so that off-topic messages get cleaned by chat moderators first.
2. Cleaning & anonymization
Spam, bot messages, and personal identifiers are removed. We never store usernames, phone numbers, or attached photos of people. Internal IDs are hashed.
3. AI classification & clustering
Questions are classified by topic and city, then clustered together when multiple travelers ask the same thing within a 14-day window. Embedding-based similarity (cosine) plus keyword matching (BM25).
4. Quality gates
A question is only published as a page if it has at least 5 substantive replies, 200+ words of content across the answers, and at least one concrete artifact (a place name, a link, a document reference).
5. Editorial review
The editorial team spot-checks top pages daily. We do not write the answers, but we monitor for factual errors, harmful content, and tone consistency. Takedown requests are answered within 7 days.
