TL;DR
Yes, at the resort discussed, the beach bar, pool bar, lobby bar, and other on-site bars are free to use. Guests can also access bars in buildings 4 and 5, except for the WB TRAVEL bars.
According to the latest update, the main building has a lobby bar on the 1st floor and a sports bar on the 2nd floor, plus a pool bar and a beach bar. There is also a snack restaurant by the beach, so the main food and drink outlets are all close together.
In response to the beach bar question, travelers confirmed that it is free. In practice, this means you do not pay separately for drinks at the beach if you are staying under the hotel’s included meal-and-drinks plan.
An earlier report says there are no paid bars at this hotel: bars on the beach, around the grounds, and near reception are all included. Guests can also use the bars in buildings 4 and 5, with one exception: the WB TRAVEL bars are not included.
