TL;DR
Waterpark resorts in Egypt can work very well for school-age children thanks to numerous slides and generally short queues. For toddlers, check the kids’ club, stroller access and restaurant crowding before booking.
The resort may be less convenient with a toddler: the kids’ club operates only a few hours a day and has limited equipment, while the main restaurant gets queues at mealtimes. Families using a stroller should confirm lifts, ramps and toddler-friendly facilities in advance, as access to the second floor can be difficult.
For a child around 10, the resort waterpark was a strong fit: there are many different slides, relatively few visitors and virtually no queues. It may be best used as a two-night stop focused on waterpark time before moving to another resort.
For families with older children, a ground-floor room by the loungers and waterpark can be especially convenient. The area is quiet before the slides start in the morning and they are usually switched off at around 5 pm; reception, the bus terminus and the main restaurant are nearby.
