Are there real sunbeds during Red Sea boat excursions in Egypt, or do you have to lie on a mat on the ground?

TL;DR
Yes, real sunbeds are available — the video just showed the wrong part of the beach. Face the wooden pier and walk to the right to find blue mesh sunbeds; no one actually lies on mats on the ground.
If you face the wooden pier and walk to the right, you'll find another set of sunbeds — blue, made of thick mesh, quite comfortable.
Lying on a mat directly on the ground would be uncomfortable, especially for older travelers who'd struggle to get up. In practice this isn't the case — real sunbeds are provided.
The beach previously had sturdy wooden sunbeds, confirmed by other travelers' reviews with photos and video from the same spot.
