Are there shops inside Egyptian all-inclusive hotels, and is it worth buying fruit there?

TL;DR
Most Egyptian all-inclusive hotels have small shops on-site, but prices are higher than outside; fruit selection is limited (mostly mango). For better prices and variety, head to Naama Bay (about 5 minutes away) where shops have fixed pricing.
Hotels do have shops on-site, but prices aren't fixed and tend to be higher. About 5 minutes away in Naama Bay there are plenty of shops with fixed pricing. Fruit selection was good at this hotel: apples, pears, bananas, plums, peaches, grapes, and especially tasty local dates.
The hotel shop selling cosmetics and perfume had decent quality products. For fruit, only mango was worth buying on-site — the rest of the selection was weak, better to go into town for fruit.
