For a room with 3 guests, only 2 small shampoo bottles were provided, with no shower gel at all. When guests asked for shower gel, housekeeping said to just use the shampoo instead.

2 shampoos for 3 guests

In some hotels each guest gets an individual toiletry set: shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap, plus one shared shower cap and robes for everyone. Kids receive child-sized robes, and the slippers provided aren't the hotel's branded ones.
