Does ongoing construction at an Egypt resort affect your stay?

Guests staying on the 2nd floor above reception report that section is already fully renovated. Finishing work is only visible from the street side, no noise is heard, workers occasionally pass through, and construction dust sometimes appears in the elevator. All main hotel infrastructure operates fully, and issues like shower water or extra cleaning are resolved by calling reception.

Updated construction status: sidewalk tiling has progressed closer to the beach, and it appears the entire beachfront path will get new paving. Reconstruction is also underway on the right side of the main building, plus new construction to the left of the main pool. Guests say none of this affected their stay.

A sea-view room on the ocean-facing side of the hotel is completely shielded from construction — no noise, no sight of the work. Spending most of your time on the beach means you barely encounter the work zones at all.

The main drawback is that the route to the beach passes through an adjacent abandoned hotel undergoing active construction. It's a minor inconvenience that most guests feel is outweighed by the resort's other advantages.
