One guest reports beach towels are handed out starting from 8 AM (earlier than the later 9 AM free-for-all), so arriving around 8:30 lets you grab a spot right away, with the option to move if needed.

The paid front-row lounger 'reservation' hustle by beach boys isn't universal: at Robinson Club and Sentido, staff are well-trained and don't lay out towels for tips — tips are given voluntarily for good service (quick cleanup, towel animals). Morning swims there start around 7 AM.

Loungers claimed with just towels (no belongings) can still be treated as 'reserved' — staff (including teenage helpers) may approach and say the spot is already taken, even if it's been empty for hours.

In certain room categories (e.g. 'posh' with jacuzzi), beach boys proactively approach guests at the sun loungers, take their cards and bring laid-out towels — no need to fetch them yourself. The same service applies at the waterpark area.

There is heavy competition for sun loungers in the morning: guests rush to collect towels early and reserve spots, often leaving them unoccupied for hours. Loungers with towels sitting empty well into the afternoon is a common occurrence.

On an early arrival, you can change and head straight to the beach without waiting for your room. Towel cards are handed out at breakfast the next morning — full resort access starts immediately, just without a room.

Luggage can be stored at reception; outdoor showers, the restaurant, and bar are all accessible. Beach towels may be requested back in the evening, but staff generally won't refuse if you ask to keep them.
