TL;DR
Ultra All Inclusive mainly adds imported alcohol and more à la carte restaurant visits, but a standard 7-night All Inclusive package already includes 2 à la carte visits, so many travelers say it's not worth the upcharge.
According to the resort's package details, the main difference between standard All Inclusive and Ultra is the number of à la carte restaurant visits allowed.
There are two beach bars: near building 2 everything is free, while the bar near building 1 (C-lido) only offers free water — alcohol, including imported brands, is paid separately.
With a standard 7-night All Inclusive package, 2 free à la carte restaurant visits are already included — the same as with Ultra.
Enclosed cabana-style tents with curtains near the building-1 bar are paid extra for everyone, regardless of meal plan (including Ultra).
General advice from guests: skip paying extra for Ultra, since the difference is mostly extra alcohol and one additional restaurant visit, not overall quality.
Buy gin, rum, or whiskey at duty-free and mix your own cocktails in the room — canned soda and bottled water are already free under All Inclusive.
