Based on a guest's experience shared in September 2026, all adult guests of Reef Oasis Beach Resort wear green wristbands, while Sentido and VeraClub bands are a different colour and printed with “Sentido” or “VeraClub”. Staff, she said, easily tell guests of one hotel from those of the other two.

Each of the three hotels has its own entertainment programme, its own kids' club and its own restaurants. Staying in one part of the complex therefore does not mean access to all the facilities of the other parts.

Reef Oasis guests with green wristbands, the traveler said, were asked to leave about half of the places in the complex. The restrictions went beyond the separate Sentido half: her family was also sent away from areas she had assumed belonged to her own hotel.

Asked which restaurants guests were sent away from, the traveler replied that with children she kept to one familiar place and ran into restrictions while walking around the grounds. Families who care about a particular pool, kids' club or restaurant should ask at check-in what their wristband covers.

The guest did not see for herself where VeraClub guests are housed. Her guess is the buildings closest to the sea, because the VeraClub pool is the one by the sea and the amphitheatre is there too.
