Should I accept a hotel relocation in Egypt because of overbooking, and what can I expect from a Superior Garden room?

TL;DR
A move to Serenity can be a reasonable alternative after overbooking if an aquapark is not a priority: Serenity and The V effectively share the same beach, and the food is considered decent. Superior Garden rooms may be on the top floor facing an unfinished hotel, but they tend to be quieter and shaded after 3 pm.
After an overbooking issue, guests accepted a transfer to Serenity instead of their original hotel. It worked well for them because they did not need an aquapark and Serenity and The V essentially use the same beach.
Food at Serenity may be somewhat less elaborate than at the originally booked resort, but it was still described as good and plentiful for a holiday stay.
With a Superior Garden room, be prepared for a top-floor location and a view of an unfinished hotel. The trade-off is a quieter setting, fewer people below the windows, birds in the morning, and shade after 3 pm.
