TL;DR
Guests praise the food (especially the evening grill) and the shallow, easy beach entry, but say the animation team is weak, particularly the evening shows.
After a 9-day stay, one traveler noted good food variety, especially the evening grill. Daytime animation happens by the pool, but evening shows are unimpressive. The kids' mini-club has staff from Kazakhstan doing crafts and games — kids enjoyed it.
The same traveler noted the water near shore doesn't fully recede at low tide, so you can always lie in shallow water. One inconvenience is the lack of a second pontoon near the Sea Life point, requiring a longer walk. A downside: evening watering of the grounds with foul-smelling water, though it's localized, not everywhere at once.
Another guest confirmed: the only downside of the hotel is weak animation, everything else is great.
A guest staying at the hotel for the third time confirmed consistently good service overall, but noted that this year the animation program is very weak — not even tempting enough to attend the evening show.
