What is the beach experience like at this Egypt resort: are there enough sunbeds, can you swim comfortably, and is it quiet or noisy?

According to more recent feedback, the wooden sunbeds haven't been replaced — they're worn out, and broken ones weren't removed but scattered across the beach, so you often find 2 usable sunbeds next to 1 broken one.

Guests note the beach lacks a large shade tent for animation activities (dancing in direct sun is uncomfortable) and needs an extra shower — there's always a queue for the one available.

One traveler's October experience: even at full hotel occupancy there were enough sunbeds, since the beach is long — if the active middle section is full, free sunbeds can usually be found in the quiet zone behind the bar. Umbrellas, not sunbeds, were actually in short supply.

Review from July 4–18: the beach is large and sandy with no buoys, comfortable water entry, and mountains/palms visible to the left. Mornings almost always have strong wind and a red flag, but swimming was still possible.

Same review: sunbeds are freely available until 9–10am, then it gets harder. In the afternoon local visitors arrive in large groups (paying an entry fee of about $2), making it hard to find a sunbed after 4pm.

Repeat visitors come here for around 12 nights in late October or early November and say the main advantage is the sea. If you want deeper water, they walk to a neighboring hotel’s beach, and they recommend booking a higher-floor sea-view room.

The most detailed June 2026 review describes the beach as very small and awkward for swimming: the hotel sits between a pier with boats and a restricted guarded area, part of the shoreline has rocks and concrete remains, and a navigation lane runs in front. Sunbeds are usually taken before 7:00 am, with the front row gone by 5:30–6:00; a staff member may find a sunbed for $1–2, while a bungalow costs $10. From 10:00 am, loud music starts, and beach vendors constantly approach guests.
