What is the room and pool quality like at an all-inclusive hotel in Egypt?

One reported arrangement for two adults and two children was a first-floor room (1507) with one extra rollaway bed provided.

The water slides operate twice daily, and lifeguards manage them to prevent crowding.

Room conditions are considered acceptable if the basics work — shower drains, AC runs, and the TV functions. Given the general complaints, this is already seen as a positive.

Common room issues reported include: old refrigerators, leaking showers, clogging toilets, dirty balconies, no drying racks, low water pressure, noisy AC units, and faulty entry doors. There have also been reports of electric shocks.

Of the two pools, the cleaner one uses heavy chlorination — multiple children developed rashes and skin irritation. The second, visually dirtier pool did not cause the same reactions.

Despite the all-inclusive package, proper meals are only available at dinner. For the rest of the day, options are very limited — french fries being the main fallback. Decent coffee is reportedly unavailable on-site.

The sea itself was well-received — varying depths make it suitable for both children and adults. The on-site water park is functional and decent.
