TL;DR
Family rooms usually have two areas (door or partition) with a sofa bed and extra kids' beds; Deluxe Suites offer more space, a walk-in closet zone and two TVs; Junior Suites are often located closer to the beach for the same room size.
Junior Suite and the comparable category are the same size: one has a partition with a fold-out sofa, the other has a proper door and full beds. Junior Suite tends to be closer to the beach.
In a Family room: the main room has a double bed plus a non-folding sofa, while the second room has a bunk bed for kids.
Difference between Standard and Family rooms: Family has a partition with separate kids' beds, while Standard just has a sofa instead.
Family Suite has two rooms (one with a closing door) and two balconies, but only one shared bathroom for the whole suite.
Deluxe Suite is a larger room with partitions, a walk-in closet zone, and two TVs (one per zone).
An extra-large suite includes a two-seat sofa, two partitions, two single beds, a big walk-in wardrobe, a spacious bathroom, and a TV in each zone.
