What should I know about wifi, power outlets, and housekeeping in Egyptian hotel rooms/apartments?

TL;DR
Wifi is usually reliable throughout the property, but bathrooms often lack a hairdryer-compatible outlet — you may need to dry your hair near a hallway mirror or the TV instead. Housekeeping and shower type (often rain-shower only) can be inconsistent, so it's worth checking reviews before booking.
Housekeeping quality varies a lot by staff/building: some guests report spotless floors and fresh towels daily, while in building 5 the cleaner proactively brought extra towels, toilet paper and water, and even cleaned the balcony table himself.
One guest reported items going missing during cleaning — a large towel, toilet paper, and a bath mat/foot towel were taken by housekeeping staff, so it's worth checking room supplies after cleaning.
Room cleaning was mediocre: towels weren't replaced, bed was just made without changing linens. The shower is rain-shower type only, which many guests find inconvenient.
Wifi works great throughout the whole property, no issues reported. The room has a USB charging port, but the bathroom itself has no hairdryer-compatible outlet — had to dry hair near the hallway mirror or the TV instead.
Wifi worked flawlessly across the whole hotel. A personal hairdryer (Dyson) had to be plugged in via an adapter into the hallway socket near the mirror. The bed area has both standard outlets and a USB port, but the bathroom has no suitable outlet for a hairdryer.
