What time should you reserve beach sunbeds at Egyptian resorts to get a front-row spot?

Another traveler (visiting late June–early July) said arriving at the beach by 10am was hopeless — everything was already taken. They had to rush there at 5:45–6:00am to grab a front-row spot, and even then almost everything was already occupied.

Another traveler reported that on the shared beach, by 8:30 am the first two rows of sunbeds are already taken, especially closer to the pontoon.

According to the most recent traveler reports, by 7:00 am the first and second rows of beach sunbeds at resort hotels can already be fully taken. If you want a spot right by the water, you need to come earlier than that.

Some travelers report that by 6:00 am about 90% of sunbeds are already reserved, and during busy periods it can even be hard to find a free place at lunchtime later on. On popular hotel beaches, coming late is not a good idea.

Even arriving at 6:00 am does not guarantee a front-row sunbed, as the first rows are often already taken. One traveler managed to get a true front-row spot only a couple of times over a two-week stay.
