TL;DR
Travelers highlight resorts with attentive staff — at the Posh hotel, housekeeping and drivers go above and beyond (bringing kids' bathroom steps within 5 minutes, free late checkout until 6pm), and some other resorts get similar praise for friendly reception teams.
At another resort, staff greeted guests right at arrival with wet towels and drinks, so there was no need to even approach the reception desk — a staff member brought all the documents personally. Guests received a printed info sheet in Russian at check-in. They especially praised Guest Relation Manager Yulia for being highly engaged, warm, and quick to resolve all issues.
At the Posh hotel, staff are highly client-oriented: Posh Lounge waiters are polite, drivers arrive right on time. Housekeeping brought a step stool for the kids' bathroom within 5 minutes, offered to move a sofa against the wall for child safety, and even offered to clean the room on checkout day. Room checkout was extended for free until 6pm.
At another resort, the traveler had a good experience at reception — staff were attentive, smiling, and regularly checked if guests needed anything. The reviewer rated the service as top-notch, essentially a solid five-star experience.
Guests joked that neighboring resorts could informally agree to let each other's tourists visit — for example, Swiss hotel guests using the Gafy resort beach, and Gafy guests checking out the Door resort grounds, so everyone gets to sample the neighbors' amenities.
