Which Egypt resort is better with the Posh package: Montemare or Diamond?

A guest who stayed at Diamond with the Posh package in September 2025 had a negative experience: imported drinks at the Posh Lounge seemed fine on the first day, but a cocktail the next day caused severe illness. The cocktail selection was limited, and the salmon and overall food were considered average.

Travelers who had stayed at both Montemare and Diamond generally preferred Montemare for the overall experience, although they found Diamond’s pools more interesting.

When comparing the two resorts, confirm the exact Posh details: at Diamond, rooms may be spread across the grounds, and guests specifically want to compare dining under the Posh package rather than the standard plan.
