TL;DR
These are three hotels sharing one resort territory — guests of any of them can freely use the bars, restaurants and facilities of all three, regardless of where they're staying. Choose based on price or beach proximity — Aqua Park is closest to the beach.
The price difference between Aqua Park 5* and Aqua Blu 4* is only $80 for 7 nights for 2 adults and an 8-year-old child — worth paying extra for the higher category if budget allows.
You can book any of the three hotels — Aqua Park, Aqua Blu or Aqua Vista — whichever is cheaper. Bars and restaurants of all three are available to all guests of the complex.
If you plan to walk to the beach, choose Aqua Park — the crossing to the beachfront area is directly across the road from the hotel.
Practically the hotels don't differ much except category level — they share territory with Aqua Vista, and guests can freely move around and use the infrastructure of all three hotels.
