Guests clarify the full list of room categories at the resort: 'pool view room', regular 'standard room', 'promo room' (smallest, least comfortable), 'Family room' (two-room units, limited availability, suitable for families with kids), and 'Jacuzzi Suite' (luxury category with jacuzzi, rare). It's noted that pool view rooms are not considered 'standard' by the hotel's own classification, and the worst-rated rooms are the Standard and Promo categories.

Another guest clarifies that 'pool view room' and 'standard room' are actually the same physical room — tour operators just use different names for it. On the ground floor, there are no rooms without pool access at all; all ground-floor rooms are on one side and are mirror copies of each other.

In building 3001–3027 (Beach Front, closer to the sea), pool access is available from both sides of the building. Odd-numbered rooms open onto a quieter pool with fewer people.

Rooms 2002–2072 (even numbers only) also have pool access, but only from one side of the building.

Not every pool-access building accepts children — this is only available in the Beach Front building, which is located on the opposite side of the beach from the main club infrastructure, meaning a longer walk to restaurants and entertainment.
