If you do not have the Orange app, dial #100# and use the menu options for your internet package and balance. This is useful if your data has already run out and the app will not load.

For Vodafone Egypt, use the Ana Vodafone app to check data usage. It displays remaining GB, package expiry and the active bundle; disable any VPN and use the Vodafone SIM connection if the app does not open.

Vodafone Egypt users can also dial *2000# and open the internet-package section; the USSD menu normally shows available data and renewal options. Do not rely only on the cash balance, as it is not the same as remaining GB.

When reading the usage screen, distinguish between “used/consumed” and “remaining”: the first is data already spent, while the second is what is left. If the screen says 16 GB under “used,” it means 16 GB have been consumed.
