How much does it cost to rent an apartment in a beachfront compound in Hurghada?

One-bedroom apartment at Aqua Fun Resort in the Sheraton area (beachfront, private beach, pool): in October 2026, €60 a day plus metered electricity, with a €10 final cleaning fee; a discount was offered for stays of 7 nights or more.

Sea-view studio at Avenue North Side Suites (Princess Resort, Mamsha): in July 2026, EGP 2,600 a day including water, electricity, beach access and 140 GB of Wi-Fi. The tourist promenade, Carrefour and restaurants are nearby; the listing puts the airport about 10 minutes away by taxi.

A sea-view one-bedroom apartment at Juliana Beach Resort (beachfront, own beach, water park, bar, rooftop buffet restaurant): $650 a month in July 2026 and $600 in October. The listing says daily rental is also possible.

Electricity and water cost $1 a day, cleaning $15, Wi-Fi extra. In October the same apartment was offered at €25 a day including utilities.

The prices changed over time: for example, a studio at TIBA GOLDEN was offered for $370 a month in June, $450 in August and $370 again in late September. Currencies also vary — US dollars, euros or Egyptian pounds. Before booking, check the dates the apartment is free and what the price includes: electricity, water, cleaning, Wi-Fi.
