Which Hurghada all-inclusive hotels have good coffee (real coffee machine, coffee maker in room)?

The pavilion near the common beach has good bean coffee and a lever (portafilter) coffee machine, free of charge (opens around 8am). No info on coffee at the club beach.

In the dining hall there's a coffee machine with decent coffee. At the bars, coffee is brewed on a lever (portafilter) machine and milk is whipped into a thick, good foam.

A separate building called Diamond (to the right of the main building, only 23 rooms) has an in-room coffee maker — a good option if morning coffee quality matters to you.

There's a coffee machine at the 2nd-floor bar and at the beach bar, but the coffee quality is mediocre. No info on the pool bar. Serious coffee drinkers likely won't be satisfied.

At Cleopatra hotel, coffee is poured from a large vat — it's watery, similar to a cheap coffee drink, without even a coffee smell.

At Sphinx hotel, the coffee machine uses powdered/instant coffee — not great for coffee connoisseurs either.

Some cafés use reverse-osmosis filtered water to prepare coffee and tea, which affects the taste of the drinks.
