There's no direct bus between Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada since they're on opposite sides of the Red Sea with no land bridge between them. You'd need a ferry or a long land route via Cairo (around 7-8 hours), so if flights are already booked to Sharm but the hotel is in Hurghada, check the ferry schedule in advance.
