You can swim right along the shore from Grand Oasis to reach Basata cafe by the pontoon, but swimming left is blocked - Four Seasons security will whistle and tell you not to enter their water area. On foot, the direct beachfront path is blocked by another hotel, so you need to detour about 1.5 km (20-25 minutes) via the road.
