If a visa sticker has already been placed in the passport, show it to the border officer at passport control so the entry stamp is placed on the sticker.

The arrival/immigration form can't be filled out online in advance — it's issued and completed right at passport control on arrival. The Sinai stamp is also given there in person, there's no separate line for it, and there's no way to skip or speed through passport control.

For kids with their own passport, the visa stub just has a blank/dash at the bottom of the front side — that's normal, not a mistake.

Getting a visa in advance isn't recommended — it's not required. If unsure, just ask the border officer at passport control on arrival.
In practice, only a valid passport is needed to enter, but it's worth printing all your documents (hotel booking, tickets) beforehand just in case.
