TL;DR
Freeze the juice right before departure and pack it in a cooler/thermal bag in checked luggage — it should stay frozen until you get home. In summer this is riskier than in spring: juice can melt on the plane or even ferment if the trip home takes too long.
Hotel rooms usually don't have a freezer, so it's better to buy and freeze the juice shortly before heading to the airport — about 3 hours before the transfer it should still be frozen.
You don't need a freezer in the room: put the frozen juice straight into a thermal cooler bag inside your suitcase right before leaving for the airport — this buys a few extra hours before it melts.
You can stop to pick up freshly frozen juice on the way to the airport — that way it may still be frozen at boarding and only start melting during the flight.
In summer it's harder to bring juice home safely than in spring: in the heat it can thaw during the flight, and if it takes several more hours to reach a fridge after landing, there's a risk it will ferment.
