TL;DR
Sharm el-Sheikh markets are mostly low-quality Chinese goods. Only worth visiting for fresh fruit and sweets — clothing and souvenirs tend to disappoint.
Across all Sharm el-Sheikh markets it's essentially the same Chinese-made goods. The only genuinely worthwhile purchases are fresh fruit and local sweets.
Clothing quality at Sharm markets is poor — nothing worth buying was found. If quality matters, it's better to buy Chinese-made goods at home or order directly from China.
Going to the market only makes sense if the price difference versus the hotel shop is $40–50 or more. For a $1–2 difference, it's easier to just buy at the hotel.
