Mango Market vs Fix Price in Sharm El Sheikh: which store is better and what is cheaper to buy there?

Another point in Mango's favour for him was that it was just around the corner, while Fix Price required a ride. Prices vary by model, so treat the difference as a guide rather than a rule.

Frozen mango pulp, the same shopper recalled, was $0.50 cheaper at Mango Market than at Fix Price in February. He found tinted sunscreen only at Mango — Fix Price did not have it — though he admitted pharmacies might also have been worth checking.

In early July 2026 a participant pointed out that Mango Market has three branches, including a new, large and clean store in the Montazah area. The transfer to the store is free, prices are shown in US dollars, and you can pay in different currencies, but in his view paying in dollars is better value because you lose nothing on exchange.

Impressions of the two formats in late June 2026: Fix Price feels more like a regular shop, while Mango Market is more like a big market hall. On the plus side, Mango has free Wi-Fi and, according to a participant, accepts payment through a banking app.

There is a third option too: the same participant wrote in June 2026 that he liked the 1 Price store in the Old Town. Even so, he still bought his frozen mango and guava pulp at Mango Market.
