TL;DR
Stick to local rum Cubana and ouzo from Drinkies. For branded spirits (liqueurs, vermouth, cognac, vodka), duty-free is your best bet — local versions are generally poor quality.
For branded spirits — liqueurs, vermouth, cognac, vodka — duty-free is the way to go. Local versions are considered very low quality. Sparkling wine and still wine are mostly local; Moët is available but costs around 30,000 EGP.
The only local options worth drinking are rum Cubana and ouzo, both available at Drinkies. Everything else locally produced is widely considered undrinkable.
If you run out of alcohol you brought from home, Drinkies and duty-free shops are the go-to options. Local whisky is best avoided.
