Ordering through a Georgian online store works fine, though delivery can be slightly delayed. Key detail: you need a residence permit or Georgian citizenship to place the order.

If the item isn't available in local Batumi stores, you can pre-order it from a foreign online store before your trip. It's also worth checking Georgian hardware/household goods stores, which sometimes carry similar items.
