TL;DR

On Booking.com, the two official listings are Orbi City Hotel Official and Orbi City Hotel Official D. Other properties using the Orbi City name may be privately managed apartments, so standards and check-in arrangements depend on the individual host.

If you want a hotel-style stay at Orbi City, look for Orbi City Hotel Official on Booking.com. Check-in is handled at reception and guests receive an invoice.

A second official Booking.com option is called Orbi City Hotel Official D. Compare it with Orbi City Hotel Official rather than relying solely on the word “Orbi” in a listing title.

Orbi City has several buildings and many individual owners. Private listings may use the Orbi City name, but apartment condition, cleaning, internet and door-lock issues are the responsibility of the particular host rather than the whole complex.
