TL;DR
There's only one spot on the beach near the Botanical Garden selling drinks/food: beer ~3 GEL, cognac 8 GEL/0.5L, chacha 7 GEL, cheap shashlik and ice cream. If the garden's beach exit gate is locked, locals crawl under the fence along a stream (there's a worn path); otherwise it's a ~3 km detour through the village.
At the beach near the Botanical Garden, beer costs about 3 GEL, but they only pour 0.4L into a 0.45L cup.
You can also get cognac (0.5L for 8 GEL) or chacha (7 GEL) at the same spot.
Cheap shashlik (grilled meat skewers) and ice cream are sold on the beach too.
The gate connecting the beach to the Botanical Garden is sometimes locked. Locals suggest crawling under the fence where a stream flows out — there's a well-worn path.
If crawling under the fence isn't your thing, you'll need to walk around through the village — roughly 3 km.
Food and drink options are limited here — bring your own snacks; water, soda, and beer are sold at just one spot on the beach.
