Where to buy fresh meat and mince in Batumi?

Local butcher shops are a common choice for beef and mince. In August 2026 regular customers of one such shop 'by the roundabout' said prices are fairly low but quality is sometimes questionable, with old beef delivered at times. Inspect the meat before buying; in September 2026 participants also noted that Google Maps reviews of some places are off-putting.

In August 2026 a resident of the Batumi View area was told there is a shop nearby with excellent semi-prepared meat products, and that fresh beef, pork and chicken can be bought at Carrefour and at the Magniti store on Inasaridze Street.

Based on a traveler's experience in August 2026, ready-made cutlets are convenient to buy at the Pelmenidze shop, and frozen chicken fillet at Magniti was of decent quality.
