Where to find specific cuts of meat (chicken thighs, turkey, drumsticks) in Tbilisi, not just whole chicken?

Small standalone butcher shops (lavka) that sell only meat tend to have a better selection — ask locals in any grocery store where to find one nearby.

At a regular market, the meat quality can be poor — breasts look stale and leak liquid, pork and beef selection is thin, fridges are half-empty. It may help to go early in the morning for a fresher selection.

At Samgori and Varketili markets the meat selection is limited — mostly whole frozen chickens and over-frozen breasts; separate cuts like chicken thighs, drumsticks, turkey, hearts, or duck are hard to find.
