TL;DR
Bali offers private tours to the safari park, zoo, reptile and bird park with Russian-speaking guides; kids can pet a civet (luwak), a mini kangaroo, and feed a zebra carrots.
The safari park visit is structured as roughly one-third walking around on your own and two-thirds riding a bus/jeep through the animal areas. Upon arrival at the zoo, you must immediately book a specific time slot for the jeep — there are only about 10 jeeps for all visitors, so slots fill up fast. You can walk around freely before and after the jeep ride, but the park closes at 17:00. The jeep ride itself takes 40-50 minutes. Tip: save the jeep ride for last, or do it right before visiting the oceanarium.
For families with kids, a recommended combo is: zoo, safari park, island intro program, and the reptile & bird park. Kids get to pet a civet (luwak) and a mini kangaroo, and feed a zebra carrots.
Guides run private tours for small and large groups: a Bali overview, Nusa Penida, volcano trips, safari, waterfalls, and dolphin/manta ray excursions.
Besides sightseeing tours, you can visit animals: safari park, zoo, reptile park, plus civets (luwak) and exotic birds. Guides are Russian-speaking and licensed.
