TL;DR
The itinerary is feasible with early starts and an overnight stop en route, but doing it from Bukit by scooter is tiring. Allow 3–3.5 hours for the three Sekumpul waterfalls; a guide costs around IDR 250,000.
If you are starting from Bukit, consider staying overnight near Tanah Lot rather than squeezing the temple into the morning. Visit Tanah Lot the previous evening and add Nuanu Park after dark for its lighting; hotels may let you store luggage for one night.
Sekumpul opens at 8:00 am, and arriving at opening time helps avoid tour groups. A guided route covering Secret, Sekumpul and Fiji waterfalls costs about IDR 250,000; allow roughly 3–3.5 hours including swimming, photos, food and the climb to a café. You can then continue to Mount Batur after midday.
Tanah Lot opens at 6:00 am, and about one hour is enough for the temple and surrounding walk if you skip sunset. The rice terraces are around 1 hour 10 minutes away; set aside 2–3 hours for a full loop with stops, then roughly 1.5 hours to the Sekumpul area for an overnight stay.
