TL;DR
In one day you can cover Kanto Lampo waterfall (150k IDR entry), Tegalalang rice terraces, and luwak coffee at Cretya Ubud by Alas Harum — skip the main Tegalalang entrance and go straight to Alas Harum.
Motorbike route from Ubud: depart around 6:30am, roughly 1 hour 40 minutes to Kanto Lampo waterfall with one stop. Entry fee is 150,000 IDR. It's cold near the waterfall — bring a towel or buy one on-site.
After the waterfall, head to Tegalalang rice terraces. There's a notable coffee shop on the way — a good stop before walking the terraces.
For luwak coffee and rice terrace views, go directly to Cretya Ubud by Alas Harum — a beach club with a pool set on the terraces. You can watch a live luwak, see the coffee-making process, buy luwak coffee, eat, and walk the terraces. Skip the standard Tegalalang entrance and come here instead.
