If departure is about a month away (e.g. 34 days), you can submit the e-visa application a few days later (e.g. in 4 days) — approval is nearly certain since the system automatically tracks validity relative to the departure date. Standard document package for the e-visa: round-trip flight tickets, a passport with at least 6 months validity remaining, and hotel booking confirmation. The system only allows submitting the application starting 30 days before departure.

The online application form requires exact arrival/departure dates and hotel bookings covering every single day of the trip. If you only have bookings for part of the stay (e.g. 3 out of 11 days), the visa may be approved only for those confirmed dates — you then need to contact support and submit the remaining bookings closer to departure.
