Are Air Arabia flights via Sharjah operating, and what are my options if part of a connecting ticket is cancelled?

For confirmation of a cancelled segment or rebooking options, Air Arabia’s Russia contact centre operates Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Air Arabia’s announced schedule shows daily Sharjah–Moscow (DME)–Sharjah flights from 8 October 2026, increasing to twice daily from 14 December. This applies specifically to Moscow, so other connecting routes should be checked separately.

For cancelled flights, Air Arabia states that passengers can make one free date change within seven days of the original departure or request a full refund as a voucher or to the original payment method. Check both email and booking status, as not every passenger may have received a notification.
