TL;DR
UnionPay may work at ATMs and larger merchants in Antalya, but acceptance is inconsistent and depends on the issuing bank. For Russian Agricultural Bank cards, test a small withdrawal first at Ziraat Bankası, VakıfBank or İş Bankası and keep cash or a backup card.
For cash withdrawals, try ATMs of major Turkish banks—especially Ziraat Bankası, VakıfBank and İş Bankası. Make a small test withdrawal first: a particular UnionPay card can still be declined even when the ATM displays the UnionPay logo.
Contactless UnionPay payment is not guaranteed at Antalya hotels, restaurants or small shops. If tap-to-pay fails, ask the cashier to insert the card and use the PIN; use cash if the transaction is declined.
Do not rely on UnionPay as your only payment method in Antalya. If travelling with a Russian-issued card, carry Turkish lira and have an alternative payment option, as processing of Russian cards can change without notice.
