How long does the hotel transfer to Antalya airport take?

Bus was scheduled for 4:30 pickup but didn't leave until 6am — ended up among the last 10 to check in, though got good seats (rows 1-2). Flight was delayed by max 20 min, which saved them.

Individual daytime transfer took 40 minutes. Night group bus (Fun&Sun) took 1 hour with no hotel stops. In case of flight cancellation, they were also driven without stops.

Distance about 100 km on a small bus that stopped at 3 hotels along the way; driver took a 15-min break. Total travel time from hotel was 1h50min.

In the morning buses run every 10 minutes — three air-conditioned buses are used: one large tourist coach and two smaller ones seating 25-30. Over a week of trips both ways, there was never any wait.

Pickup was at 14:30 for a 20:15 flight. The bus was comfortable with tables and few passengers, but the journey was very long with heavy traffic near the airport — arrived at 18:00. Only two check-in desks for a large crowd caused near-panic; a third desk was opened and they just made it to the gate as boarding started. No time to spare at the airport.

One year the bus waited 40 minutes for listed passengers who never showed up, plus a mandatory rest stop for food and bathroom. The total journey time can be significantly longer than expected, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Passengers were once asked to get off the bus for about 20 minutes mid-route because the vehicle was completely stuck in traffic and not moving at all.
