How to get from Antalya airport to hotel — taxi, Yandex or transfer?

A driver explained that local taxi drivers block Yandex Taxi from picking up right at the hotel. To get a ride reliably, walk 200-300 meters away from the hotel — on one occasion orders kept getting cancelled until they moved further away.

The trip from the airport to the hotel took about 3.5 hours due to a traffic jam — significantly longer than the usual travel time.
