TL;DR
There's no direct bus from Antalya to Oludeniz: take a bus to Fethiye first (3+ hours, check schedule on obilet website), then from Fethiye bus station catch a dolmus marked 'Oludeniz' (stop near Carrefour) and ask the driver to drop you at the Babadag cable car/lift.
The route from Kas to Oludeniz can go two ways: a scenic long winding coastal road after Patara, or a faster but less interesting road through the valley.
First take a bus from Antalya to Fethiye (check schedule and price on the obilet website, travel time from 3 hours). At Fethiye bus station, right at the stop near Carrefour, board a dolmus marked 'Oludeniz' and tell the driver you need the Babadag lift.
It makes more sense to stay at least one night in Oludeniz or Fethiye rather than doing a day trip. Best flying conditions are early morning (8-9 AM) or at sunset, but it all depends on weather — sometimes flights are cancelled.
Paragliding on Babadag is done tandem with an instructor, so no solo jumping needed. To reach the very top viewpoint with the huge flag, you can take a golf-cart-like shuttle (round trip) or walk up on foot.
