TL;DR
Take bus 08 from Kemer to 5M Migros mall, then transfer to bus vs18 or 22 to the city center. You'll need an Antalyakart transport card, available at the airport or at card machines near stops.
Near the Ramada hotel in Kundu, you can buy a transport card right at the stop. Bus 07A takes about 20 minutes to the city center.
For a group of 5 people with no direct bus available, booking a private transfer may be more cost-effective than multiple connections. Bus 103 is worth checking as a potential direct option.
From Kemer: take bus 08 from the square with the white tower (it doesn't stop at nearby villages) to 5M Migros mall, then transfer to bus vs18 or 22. Ride to Mark Antalya mall (Muratpasha stop) takes about 15 minutes, then walk to Kaleici. Alternatively, ride bus 08 to the terminal (otogar) and take the tram, but this is much slower.
Buy a reusable Antalyakart rather than a single-use card — it costs a bit more upfront but can be topped up and is valid for about 3 years. Card machines (labeled 'Antalya Kart') are available at the airport and near bus stops. Top-ups require Turkish lira or a locally accepted bank card.
A taxi from 5M Migros mall to the city center takes about 5 minutes and cost around $5 last year.
