Is the sea clean and are beaches crowded in Antalya in summer?

A guest at Sera hotel says she wouldn't return there: no roaches or similar issues, dishes were clean, and the whole property was fine — except the beach, which remained a problem area.

Another visitor (early August) reported a clean, litter-free beach: on the first day they were the only ones there, though people gradually appeared nearby afterward.
Another traveler notes the hotel has its own beach — not amazing, but decent enough for a midday swim and cooling off.
A different traveler (returned July 23) reports the opposite: the beach is barely cleaned — staff empty the trash bins but leave litter scattered on the sand. Lifeguards at the beach and main pool are largely absent in the afternoon, showing up mainly to raise the red flag.
The beach isn't crowded — most sunbeds are taken but it's not packed. The water is warm and clean, with few swimmers in the sea. Hotel food is generally good, but cocktails/alcohol quality is mediocre. Rooms are cleaned daily; the only downside is occasional ants in bungalow-type rooms.
The sea was great all week, turning murky only once, on a Monday. The rest of the time the water was crystal clear. The hotel was also rated excellent.
Last week the beach had few tourists — nearly empty on weekdays, and as a result there was hardly any litter.
