TL;DR
UnionPay cash withdrawals in Antalya can be unreliable, and ATM fees may start at around TRY 50. Successful withdrawals have been reported at Antalya Airport, including the Havalimani ATM beside Terminal 2 exits.
Fee-free withdrawals with foreign cards appear difficult to find in Antalya: several ATMs charged at least TRY 50. Ziraat and Akbank ATMs were also reported to charge a fee.
UnionPay may not work at Migros, although it can sometimes be accepted by smaller local shops. Withdrawing cash from an ATM may be more reliable than trying to pay at large supermarkets.
On arrival, try the three ATMs to the right of the exits from Antalya Airport Terminal 2. A Havalimani ATM was reported to dispense TRY 8,000 from an RSHB UnionPay card linked to a RUB account, with a fee of about RUB 300.
Another successful withdrawal of TRY 8,600 was reported at Antalya Airport using an activated UnionPay card linked to a CNY account, at an ATM with a blue bank sign. Make sure international cash withdrawals are enabled on the card before traveling.
