Which ATMs in Antalya charge the lowest fees for foreign bank cards?

It does not always work: in early October 2026 a traveler wrote that a week earlier none of the three ATMs at the location being discussed accepted their Rosselkhozbank UnionPay card.

In late August 2026 a participant suggested looking out for the TAM ATM network: in their words, these machines may represent the right banks — Vakıf and İş — so they are worth trying when you pass one.

You can also withdraw at other ATMs, but the percentage fee may be an unpleasant surprise — that was the August 2026 answer to a question about whether the Rosselkhozbank card works only at the cheaper banks and whether they have machines at the airport. The same reply noted there are ATMs by the airport exit and the task is to pick the “right” one. In October 2026 another participant confirmed that almost any ATM will work if there is no Vakıf or İş nearby, but only these banks skip their own withdrawal fee.

From June to August 2026 participants repeated the same tip several times: with a Rosselkhozbank card, it is cheapest to withdraw lira at ATMs of three banks — Ziraat Bank, VakıfBank and İşbank. These ATMs charge no percentage, leaving only the card's fixed fee of 250 roubles per withdrawal regardless of the amount. One participant withdrew at Ziraat and suggested finding the nearest machine on a map app; in August another traveler confirmed cheap withdrawals at VakıfBank ATMs with the same one-off fee.

For paying in shops with a Rosselkhozbank UnionPay card, participants in June–July 2026 named five banks whose terminals accept it: VakıfBank, Ziraat Bank, Akbank, Denizbank and İş Bankası. In August they added that many places have several terminals from different banks: restaurants bring another terminal if you mention UnionPay in advance, supermarket cashiers can switch the bank at the till (at SOK the terminal itself asks which bank to use), and payment at Starbucks went through without problems. Still, in August the card was declined at a Depo store in Antalya, declines were reported again in September, and on buses UnionPay did not work, according to one traveler.
