Which ATMs in Antalya have no extra fees for foreign cards?

According to a recent report, Vakıfbank may now be the only ATM without a Turkish-bank surcharge for Rosselkhozbank UnionPay cards. Ziraat reportedly started charging an extra fee; there was also one unconfirmed report of a fee at İş Bankası, so check the on-screen terms before confirming.

For a Rosselkhozbank UnionPay card, Rosselkhozbank’s own withdrawal fee applies regardless of the amount withdrawn, whether 500 or 10,000 TRY. This is not a Turkish ATM surcharge; only some Turkish banks add a separate fee.

A Rosselkhozbank UnionPay card was reported to work for withdrawing lira at Ziraat Bankası, İş Bankası, and Vakıfbank ATMs without any extra fee charged by the Turkish bank.

Russian cards are widely rejected in Antalya: Migros supermarkets, pharmacies, 101 stores, and most cafes don't accept them. Payment worked only at duty-free shops. Cash withdrawals are possible, but choosing a no-fee Turkish ATM matters — otherwise costs add up. The cheapest overall method is receiving a Koronapay self-transfer.
